Capacity Building Sessions
Social Ark’s free Capacity Building sessions support grassroots organisations tackling the root causes of inequality in working-class and racialised communities.
Over the past three years of delivering The Culture Exchange Programme nationally, we’ve built trusted relationships with community leaders doing vital work on the ground, the people creating real change in their neighbourhoods, often without the funding, infrastructure or access they deserve.
Are these sessions for me?
We work with small charities, social enterprises, youth-led groups and informal collectives rooted in lived experience, the organisations closest to the issues and best placed to lead change.
Through practical workshops led by Social Ark and trusted experts, we share tools, real examples and honest insight. Alongside this, we offer mentoring and connect organisations with values-driven partners and supportive networks to strengthen their work long-term.
Whether you need guidance on policies, support with governance, or simply want to sense-check how your organisation is set up, you can access our Capacity Building sessions when you need them.

We share practical templates, real examples and tools, not gatekept knowledge. This isn’t just training. It’s a working-class-led space for connection, peer learning and mentoring.
It’s about strengthening community power from the ground up, so the people closest to the issues can shape systems, not just learn how to navigate them.
